PIL Filed in Telangana High Court Demands Investigation into Land Sales by Political Leaders

New Delhi: Dr. K.A. Paul has raised serious allegations against Sonia Gandhi and Telangana CM Revanth Reddy over major land decisions, filing a PIL and seeking transparency through public scrutiny.

Dr. Paul alleged that on 5 July 2005, Sonia Gandhi sold Gandhi’s land at the pressure of Then U S President George W. Bush and cancelled the Peace Mission from India with 17 Poltical Parties of India led by Dr K A Paul and FMR P M Deve Gowda . According to him, “5 July 2005 was the day Sonia Gandhi sold Gandhi ji’s land to the Western Powers . Recently Rahul ji & Priyanka ji were informed.

He then turned to Telangana, accusing Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy of pursuing a similar course. Dr. Paul claimed the state government plans to sell or lease large amounts of public land during the 8–10 December ‘Telangana Rising’ summit but it is Telangana sinking Summit to sell or lease 9,298 acres to “benami networks” at undervalued prices while the state carries what he describes as a ₹5 lakh crore worth sale as per the reports . Called for investigation .

Dr. Paul told reporters he has met Revanth Reddy 7 times over the past two years and sent multiple letters without receiving clear responses. He issued a 15-day deadline for both Sonia Gandhi and Revanth Reddy to offer public explanations regarding the decisions he has questioned.

If no clarification is provided, Dr. Paul said he will launch a nationwide campaign titled “Gandhi Bhoomi Wapasi – Telangana Bhoomi Bachao,” beginning at Herald House in New Delhi.
