HRDS INDIA, an official partner of the Operation Sindoor rehabilitation program in Jammu & Kashmir, has strongly condemned the brutal killing of 27-year-old Dipu Chandra Das in Bangladesh. Das, a garment factory worker, was allegedly accused of blasphemy by his colleagues and subsequently dragged onto the street by a mob, where he was mercilessly murdered. The shocking incident reportedly occurred near a garment factory outside Dhaka.
Since 1995, HRDS INDIA has been working toward the holistic development of rural and tribal communities across India. The organisation emphasises that any act of violence, particularly in the name of religion or unverified accusations, must be firmly condemned and addressed through the rule of law and collective moral responsibility.
Reacting to the killing, Atma Nambi, Spiritual Guru and President of HRDS INDIA, called for calm while stressing justice and compassion. He said, “Violence and cruelty disrupt not only social order but also the moral and spiritual balance of society. As a civilisation rooted in deep ethical values, our response must reflect wisdom, justice, and conscience. Truth must prevail, the guilty must face justice, and hatred must not overshadow humanity.”

Expressing concern over the recurring pattern of such atrocities, Aji Krishnan, Founder-Secretary of HRDS INDIA, demanded firm action. “Bangladesh must face tangible consequences for its repeated failure to protect Hindu citizens. These incidents are not isolated but part of a broader pattern of targeted hostility. India must stand resolutely with persecuted Hindus and employ strong diplomatic, economic, and international measures to ensure accountability. Continued restraint only emboldens impunity. Protection of human dignity and Hindu civilisational values requires immediate, decisive action,” he said.
HRDS INDIA has called upon relevant authorities to ensure a transparent investigation, prosecute the perpetrators, and implement effective safeguards to prevent such violence in the future. The organisation also appealed to citizens to remain united, vigilant, and peaceful while upholding constitutional and humanitarian principles.
Reaffirming its commitment to social upliftment, tribal rights, education, healthcare, and national harmony, HRDS INDIA reiterated its resolve to oppose injustice and advocate for a society founded on dignity, respect, and the rule of law.
