Dr. K.A. Paul Calls for Impeachment of President Trump Over Threats Against Iranian Leaders

New Delhi: 29 June 2025

The World’s Most Popular Evangelist and Global Peace Activist Dr. K.A. Paul has publicly condemned U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent statements threatening to kill Iranian leaders, announced to introduce impeachment proceedings in the U.S. Congress and Senate.

Speaking at Delhi press conference, Dr. Paul described Trump’s rhetoric as dangerous, morally unacceptable, and a betrayal of both Christian values and democratic principles.

Dr. Paul criticized President Trump for boasting about sparing the life of an Iranian Grand Ayotola Khamenei while simultaneously threatening to kill him for not showing gratitude. He labeled Trump an “abomination to Christianity” and expressed deep disappointment, stating that President Trump had failed his promises to Americans, Christians, and the global community. Recalling warnings he issued to Donald Trump in his 2020 book – ‘ Save America and The World from Trump’ , Dr. Paul said that despite clear advice to avoid certain actions, Donald Trump proceeded on a path that has brought harm and instability.

As a globally respected Peace Maker Dr. Paul emphasized his moral duty to speak out, quoting biblical teachings that promote peace rather than violence. He revealed that he has engaged in dialogue with leaders in both Israel and Iran, who assured him of their commitment not to pursue weapons of mass destruction. Dr. Paul also criticized Trump’s conflicting stances on U.S. intelligence assessments regarding Iran’s nuclear capabilities, as well as the handling of the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, highlighting contradictions and inconsistencies in Trump’s approach to foreign affairs.

Citing American law, Dr. Paul stressed that no president can initiate war without the approval of Congress, warning that Trump’s actions violate both constitutional and moral boundaries. He called upon prominent Republican leaders—including Senators John Thune, Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, and others to hold Trump accountable, even at the risk of personal or political fallout.

Issuing a firm ultimatum, Dr. Paul gave President Trump 30 days to retract his statements and change his course, warning that failure to do so would trigger impeachment proceedings and, as he put it, divine consequences. Concluding his statement, Dr. Paul urged prayers for Trump’s repentance and transformation, asserting that “peace doesn’t come by killing” and emphasizing the biblical commandment, “Thou shalt not kill.”

Dr. Paul’s address underscored his role as a passionate advocate for peace and accountability, insisting that leaders must uphold both moral values and constitutional limits to preserve justice and global stability.
