Build Bharat Expo 2025 Concludes with Global Engagement, Over ₹1,000 Crore in Deals, and Exciting Plans for 2026

The three-day “Build Bharat Expo 2025,” organized by the Indian Industries Association (IIA) at Bharat Mandapam, Hall No. 06, New Delhi, from March 19 to 21, successfully concluded with extensive international participation. The event was graced by Dr. Sanjay Mayukh, National Media Co-Head & Spokesperson, and Chief Whip of Vidhan Parishad Dal, BJP, as the chief guest for the closing ceremony.

During his speech, Dr. Sanjay Mayukh commended Indian entrepreneurs as “Karmayogis,” highlighting their resilience and contributions to India’s economic growth. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s continuous efforts to support the business sector and emphasized the role of innovation, self-sufficiency, and global partnerships in strengthening India’s industrial position. He stated, “Events like Build Bharat Expo are instrumental in showcasing India’s manufacturing prowess. The active participation of MSMEs alongside international collaborations demonstrates India’s growing strength as an industrial hub. With the right policies and government backing, Indian businesses can make a lasting global impact.”

Key Highlights of Build Bharat Expo 2025

  • A total of 151 exhibitors displayed their products and engaged in B2B discussions with trade representatives from 28 countries to explore export prospects, joint ventures, and business growth opportunities.
  • IIA National President Neeraj Singhal expressed appreciation for all participants and announced that the second edition, Build Bharat Expo 2026, will take place from March 23 to 25, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. More than 40 companies confirmed their participation in advance.
  • Senior Vice President Dinesh Goyal presented a report detailing the expo’s success, highlighting its establishment as a premier industrial exhibition featuring cutting-edge technologies, products, and services.
  • The expo attracted high-ranking officials, diplomats, industrialists, and trade representatives from nations including Austria, Malaysia, Israel, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Egypt, Fiji, Ethiopia, Ghana, Suriname, Iceland, South Korea, Costa Rica, and Morocco, leading to significant international trade agreements.

Over the course of three days, experts led seminars on crucial topics such as industrial development, technology-driven design, environmental sustainability, infrastructure expansion, international trade, green energy solutions, MSME funding through SIDBI, and artificial intelligence. These knowledge-sharing sessions drew over 2,000 attendees.

The expo also saw a high volume of business agreements, with deals surpassing ₹1,000 crore. With a footfall of over 5,000 visitors, the event welcomed 50+ industry leaders, architects, builders, engineers, and government officials.

The success of Build Bharat Expo 2025 has not only strengthened trade and business ties but has also fostered economic and technological collaboration between India and its global partners. The event played a crucial role in boosting India’s infrastructure and construction sector, particularly benefiting MSMEs by providing them with an international platform for visibility and expansion.

At the closing ceremony, IIA General Secretary Alok Agrawal extended his appreciation to all guests and exhibitors. He emphasized the collective effort required to make the next edition even more impactful, ensuring greater opportunities for MSMEs.

Dr. Mamtamayi Priyadarshini, Chairperson of IIA Delhi, remarked, “Build Bharat Expo 2025 has provided Indian MSMEs with a global stage to demonstrate their capabilities. The overwhelming response and international engagement highlight the industry’s growing strength. We look forward to an even bigger and more successful edition in 2026.”
